About
 I have spent over 20 years working in retail, initially in Retail Operations at Boots and then in Merchandising in a variety
of roles, including Head of Merchandising at Blooming Marvellous, a well known multichannel retailer.
Since 2008
I have worked with a range of retailers assisting them with a variety of Merchandising issues and problems.
Examples
of the businesses I have worked with are: Plumo, White Stuff, Figleaves, Marie-Chantal, Clothes Parlour, The Handpicked Collection,
Micro Scooters and Hush.
My favoured approach when working with these businesses has been to ascertain the issues
and skill shortages within the business, train and develop the staff to make better decisions, introduce new analytical
tools if required, and provide longer term support to ensure the ongoing needs of the business are met.
